Women's Empowerment Circle – Embody the Woman You Are Becoming w/ Louisa

  • Dharma Studios Kreuzberg Oranienstraße 189 (map)

An intimate circle for women to slow down, come back into your body, release and reconnect with your power.

A space to release what no longer feels true, reconnect with your body and embody the woman you are becoming.

Today more than ever, we need spaces where women can come together.

A space where we don’t have to perform.
Where we can hold each other. See each other. Remind each other that we are not alone.
And maybe that’s the magic of women gathering.
We don’t have to carry it all by ourselves.
We get to be soft and powerful. Vulnerable and strong. All of it

Through guided journaling, somatic practices, empowerment and embodied expression, we discover parts that may have been silenced or supressed, and create space for what wants to be felt and released, to reconnect with the woman we want to embody.

What to expect:

  • Opening & Intention Setting

  • Ceremonial Cacao

  • Guided Embodiment Practices

  • Guided Journaling

  • Sacred Rage & Somatic Release

  • Empowerment & Connection

  • Reflection & Integration

  • Soundbath & Chanting

  • Women-only safe space

Come as you are. Feel what is there. Move what wants to move. Embody who you are becoming.
