Join us for an intentional and nourishing experience designed by and for BIPOC — a space where we remember that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

Yoga • Breathwork • Journaling • Connection

Through embodied movement, conscious breath, and reflective journaling, we will gather in community to restore, reconnect, and root into our collective strength. 

As autmn comes closer this is a space to reflect on the past months and how you want to conclude this year. Give yourself this oasis of consciousness to move smoothly into the last months of the year.

ABOUT ISABELLE

Isabelle Dikumbi is a Black yoga teacher based in Berlin, blending yoga, sound, and coaching through a holistic lens shaped by her roots in music, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and plant medicine. Her classes offer a unique, transformative experience for body, mind, and spirit.

Isabelle’s approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that the power of healing and well-being lies within each of us. Her mission is to guide students back to their inner resources, helping them reconnect with their bodies, harness the power of the breath, and restore balance to the mind—an alignment that influences every aspect of life.
