Day 3 – Integration Flow + Backbends & Handstands
Flow focused on combining jump-throughs, arm balances & inversions
Backbend foundations & shoulder opening
Drop-backs (technique & confidence building)
Deepening into arm balances (Pincha, Sirsasana & Handstand)
Handstand drills for press entries, tuck, straddle & scorpion shapes

Each day includes a yoga flow class that integrates wrist warm-up, mobility and flexibility work, as well as targeted conditioning to build the strength and control needed for transitions and postures.
We will also include a short lecture to explain in more detail the technique and anatomical aspects of the practice. For some elements, such as inversions, training will include individual practice, drills, and partner work.
We place strong emphasis on personalized feedback, adapting to each student’s body and level to ensure safe and progressive development.
ABOUT ELLA & BERNY
We bring over 8 years of experience in yoga and movement disciplines.Both are mainly Ashtanga Yoga practitioners and teachers, and our path has taken us to India multiple times, where we've deepened our understanding of traditional yoga through dedicated study and practice with our gurus Vijay Kumar and Lino Miele.
Alongside yoga, we are handbalancers. We've trained this discipline over 10 years. Summing up our backgrounds in circus, acrobatics, and calisthenics. This combination allows us to offer a more integrated and functional approach to movement, strength, and flexibility.
Our passion lies in exploring how the body and mind evolve through consistent, intentional practice-cultivating awareness, connection, and presence that extend beyond the mat.
