Your nervous system does not reset just because you scroll less or take a long weekend. Often, it needs to reset through the body.
This 90-minute workshop uses Conscious Connected Breathwork to support you in moving out of the mental overdrive that can build up from high-pressure days, too many decisions, and the low-level tension that quietly becomes background noise.
You will be guided through a grounded arrival, clear safety guidance, a full breathwork journey lying down, and a short reflection and integration afterwards.
No performance. No prior experience required. Just a mat, your breath, and 90 minutes carved out for your system to land.
The intention is that you leave feeling clearer, softer, and more connected to yourself.
Safety note
Conscious Connected Breathwork can be physically and emotionally activating. This session is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.
Before joining, participants will receive a short intake form to check whether the session is suitable and if anything needs to be taken into account.
This workshop may not be suitable during pregnancy or for people with epilepsy, serious heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma or detached retina, recent surgery or injury, severe asthma, a history of psychosis, or an acute mental health crisis.
You are always encouraged to listen to your body, slow down, pause, or return to normal breathing at any point during the session.
About Samara
Samara is a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and the founder of Inner Shift Wellness.
Her path into breathwork started through her own experience of stress, life transitions and the feeling of being constantly “on.” What began as a personal curiosity became a deeper interest in the nervous system, emotional resilience and the way the body holds what the mind often tries to push through.
Today, she guides breathwork in a grounded, trauma-sensitive and accessible way. Her intention is to create a calm space where people can slow down, reconnect with their body and feel supported throughout the process, without pressure to perform or share more than they want to.
Samara is based in Berlin and offers sessions through Inner Shift Wellness, with a focus on stress regulation, mind-body connection and creating more internal space in everyday life.
