Ecstatic Dance is not about choreography or performance.
It is an invitation to move freely and honestly — to listen inward and let the body guide the dance.
An evening to arrive in the body.
We begin gently — sharing ceremonial cacao and breathing together, allowing the nervous system to settle and attention to soften. From there, the music opens the space.
Through rhythm, breath and presence, we explore different textures of movement: grounded and fluid, powerful and soft, playful and deep.
This is a 3-hour journey including:
Ceremonial cacao
Guided breath & arrival
Ecstatic Dance set
Integration & soft landing
Come alone or with a friend.
No previous experience needed.

Sebastiaan is a Berlin-based yoga facilitator with over 10 years of teaching experience. Alongside yoga, his background in music and embodied practices informs the way he holds space - attentive, responsive, and deeply present with the room.
