In our busy, fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected.
Mindfulness offers a way to pause, return to the present moment, and meet life with greater clarity and kindness. Through simple practices, we learn to calm the mind, open the heart, and cultivate resilience in daily life.
Join us for a twice-monthly mindfulness journey exploring presence, compassion, and inner calm. Each session includes a short teaching, guided meditation, and reflection. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike.
