Mind/Body Spring Clean: An afternoon of gentle movement, breathwork, NSDR & live soundscapes w/ Roma and Tayfun

  • Dharma Studios Kreuzberg 189 Oranienstraße Berlin, BE, 10999 Germany (map)

This is your antidote to fast living.

Join us for a two-hour guided reset specifically designed to help you soften and slow way down. Tayfun sets the tone and lulls you into a resting state with his magical instruments, while Roma guides you out of doing and into being, through grounding breath exercises and slow floor poses.

From there, you’ll be led through a non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) protocol that will leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and in a more spacious, regulated state.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

What to expect:

  • Gentle, floor-based movement (very slow, very accessible)

  • Guided breathwork to down-regulate the nervous system

  • NSDR (also known as “Yoga Nidra”)

  • Immersive live music and sound

  • Connection with self and others

What to bring:
Wear something cozy. Everything else is taken care of.
