Mindfulness invites us to pause, reconnect, and meet our lives with greater ease and understanding.

In this second 3-class series, we continue exploring practices that support emotional balance, kindness, and insight into the nature of the mind.

Inspired by the teachings of Jack Kornfield & Tara Brach

Join us once again for a weekly mindfulness journey where we deepen presence, compassion, and inner clarity. Each session includes a short teaching, guided meditation, and reflection. Open to both returning participants and newcomers.

About Barbara Macias

Barbara is a certified mindfulness teacher who completed a two-year professional training program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her teaching is rooted in compassion, presence, and accessibility, offering a supportive space for both beginners and seasoned meditators to deepen their practice.
