We are happy to welcome Metta to our studio for an afternoon of meditation, reflection, and shared conversation.
In this gathering, Metta will introduce us to the practice of Metta — loving-kindness or goodwill towards ourselves and others. At the heart of this practice lies acceptance: learning to meet ourselves, others, and life's difficulties with greater openness and compassion. Through cultivating loving-kindness, we can begin to see our challenges more clearly, soften our resistance, and create space for understanding, connection, and inner growth.
Metta – The Heart of Acceptance
The session will include a guided meditation, a Dharma talk, and time for questions and open discussion.
Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice.
