The voice is the organ of the soul.
In many ancient traditions, the voice is seen as a sacred bridge between the inner and outer world – a way to express our truth and align with our essence.
This workshop blends the transformative practices of Himalayan Kriya Yoga with somatic voice work. Together, we awaken and balance the chakras, using our own voice, as a gateway to presence, emotional release, and authentic self-expression beyond fixed chants.
Through somatic exercises, conscious breath work, and vocal exploration, you’ll discover your unique sound, release trapped energy, and tune into the subtle language of your body. This is an invitation to explore how your voice and energy shape and reflect each other.
Come as you are, no experience needed.
