This Kundalini Activation is a guided energy attunement held in a grounded and supportive space.
Through breath, presence, and subtle energetic guidance, we create the conditions for your system to release stored tension and reconnect internal pathways — allowing clarity, aliveness, and embodied presence to emerge naturally.
You will lie comfortably on a mat while music supports the process. The experience is non-verbal and deeply individual.

Integration
