You’ll learn how to build the strength, coordination and control needed to lift up, jump back and jump through with more confidence. We’ll focus on the key principles behind these movements, along with drills and progressions you can continue practising long after the workshop.
ABOUT ELLA & BERNY
We bring over 8 years of experience in yoga and movement disciplines.Both are mainly Ashtanga Yoga practitioners and teachers, and our path has taken us to India multiple times, where we've deepened our understanding of traditional yoga through dedicated study and practice with our gurus Vijay Kumar and Lino Miele.
Alongside yoga, we are handbalancers. We've trained this discipline over 10 years. Summing up our backgrounds in circus, acrobatics, and calisthenics. This combination allows us to offer a more integrated and functional approach to movement, strength, and flexibility.
Our passion lies in exploring how the body and mind evolve through consistent, intentional practice-cultivating awareness, connection, and presence that extend beyond the mat.
