CESM is an immersive evening journey combining cacao ceremony, meditation, ecstatic dance, and a closing sound bath — designed to help you reconnect with your body, heart, and inner flow.
We begin with a heart-opening cacao circle and guided meditation to ground and center. From there, we move into ecstatic dance — a judgment-free space to explore movement without choreography, guided by a unique music set flowing in waves that awakens your intuition. We close with a restorative sound bath, followed by tea, light snacks, and a moment of shared integration.

About Vin
Rooted in rhythm and guided by intuition, Vin creates ecstatic dance journeys that move from deep grounding to euphoric elevation. Fusing tribal beats, world influences, and hypnotic grooves, their sets invite the body to awaken and the spirit to expand. As both DJ and producer, Vin shapes soundscapes designed for full surrender on the dance floor.
About Silvia
With over twelve years of yoga practice, Silvia deepened her path in India with a 200-hour Ashtanga Teacher Training and Pranayama studies, and later completed a 300-hour multi-style training alongside advanced studies in anatomy and alignment. She teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin, and also facilitates cacao circles, sound baths, and meditation sessions.
Known for her warm, motivating, and adaptable teaching style, she guides heart-opening cacao meditations and circles, creating a safe space for connection and presence. She also leads the closing sound bath, supporting integration, grounding, and deep relaxation after the dance journey.
