In the beginning there is silence.
From there we go on a meditative journey together, carried by the sounds of healing instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs and Cymbals.
The Intention of the Sonic stimulation is to activate the connection between your Chakras so that the energy can flow freely again.
This class is for everybody who wants to dive into soothing Sounds and find serenity within at the end of the day.
You don't need any special clothes, most important is that it's comfortable.

This class is inspired by the tradition of Zazen. A calm praxis designed to create focus and stillness within yourself.
It is somehow easier to do nothing when you are not alone. So let's join forces!
You can come as you are. We provide bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks and a heated floor for comfort.
* Community class: participation with donation instead of regular booking is welcome too
