As yoga became a constant over the years, I found solace. It evolved from a physical practice to a source of inner balance. I completed my 200-hour Hatha training in Nepal (2019) and deepened my understanding with a 200-hour Rasa Yoga certification with Sianna Sherman in India (2025). I aim to guide students in connecting breath and movement, honouring the roots of yoga and drawing from my experiences teaching retreats and classes in Coburg and Berlin.
