Sunny, born and raised in Berlin, has always had a deep passion for dance and movement, trance and transformation. She began her artistic journey in modern dance theater, exploring various productions and honing her skills as a dancer. However, when she became a mother, her focus shifted, temporarily pausing her dance career.
For her internship with a fashion designer, Sunny embarked on a new path in New York City, where she discovered the transformative power of yoga. She found herself drawn to the teachings of Faramarz at Om Factory, which ignited her love for this ancient practice. Eager to deepen her knowledge, Sunny became a dedicated student of renowned yogi, Sri Dharma Mittra, and completed her master training under his guidance.
As her journey continued, Sunny felt a calling to explore other modalities for personal growth and healing. She delved into coaching and transformational breathwork, recognizing the profound impact these practices had on her own life. This led her to become a certified coach and breathwork facilitator, empowering others to overcome obstacles and tap into their full potential.
In addition to her work in coaching and breathwork, Sunny has found her calling as a professional trip sitter and space holder on psychedelic retreats. With her compassionate nature and extensive training, she creates a safe and supportive environment for individuals embarking on transformative psychedelic experiences.
Sunny's classes are a unique fusion of her diverse background, blending elements of dance, yoga, coaching, and breathwork. Her teaching style is nurturing, encouraging students to explore their bodies, minds, and spirits in a holistic way. Joining her classes promises a transformative journey, where participants can unlock their inner potential and find a deep sense of connection and self-discovery.
In addition to her classes, Sunny also offers the opportunity to book massage journeys and coaching sessions. Drawing upon her extensive training and experience, Sunny provides a nurturing and healing touch through her massage journeys.
Furthermore, as a certified coach, Sunny offers personalized coaching sessions for individuals looking to make positive changes in their lives. With her compassionate guidance and transformative techniques, she helps clients uncover their true potential, overcome obstacles, and create a life aligned with their deepest desires.
Whether you choose to embark on a massage journey or engage in coaching sessions, whether you are a seasoned yogi, a dance enthusiast, or simply seeking a space for growth and exploration, Sunny's dedication to facilitating growth and healing shines through. Her intuitive and empathetic nature, combined with her diverse skill set, make her an invaluable partner on your journey towards self-discovery and personal transformation.

Yin Yoga is like giving your body a long, luxurious sigh of relief. In this elegant, unhurried practice, you'll settle into poses for what feels like an eternity—but in the best way possible—gently coaxing your joints and connective tissues into sweet surrender. Think of it as yoga's version of a deep tissue massage, minus the elbows. It’s the perfect class for unwinding your body and mind, with just the right touch of zen sophistication.

Beneath the Skin: Dance the Wild, Dance the Free
This is not a dance class. This is a rebellion. A return. A roar. Each week, Liz and Sunny alternate guiding you into the depths of your body: through rage, through sensuality, through everything you were told to hide.
Half fierce direction, half raw freedom. Move what’s stuck. Awaken what’s sleeping. Drench yourself in oxytocin and power.
Women only — because we move mountains when we move together.
