  • My journey with yoga began alongside my studies in music and philosophy which gave me a foundation of mind and body, seer and seen. My first real contact with yoga as a system was in India 2018. Since then I have been returning to this magical country for my teacher regularly. Admiring the system of Ashtanga and the mindset of Hatha Yoga I am working on separating the activation of body parts through the quality of our breath.

  • The class will begin with slow-paced vinyasa, gradually transitioning into a soft backbend practice. Strengthening exercises will be incorporated to ensure a strong support. This steady-paced session will cultivate energy by deepening postures with focused intention.

  • Breathing techniques provide powerful tools to regulate the breath, laying the foundation for a focused and meditative mind. This session will introduce the activation of Pranayama, beginning with the chanting of a Yoga Sutra—an ancient verse from yogic scripture. We will then reflect on its relevance, exploring its meaning through meditation.
