Sebastian discovered Yoga as a practice to let go of anything that is keeping you from moving on. This may require a certain amount of discipline and trust, but begins with pure acceptance and may even be followed by relief. Letting go means to be willing to face whatever crosses your path and being aware of the chance to grow from it. He is glad to share his practice and give you an opportunity to experience the connection of body and mind. During his classes, Sebastian likes to give enough space for everyone to explore themselves free from expectations, opinions or doubts in order to remind ourselves of who we truly are.

We are constantly moving from left to right, from stop to go or in between ups and downs. To balance is to feel the center and rely on this feeling, in order to support and guide ourselves through whatever we’re going through. In this class we will get familiar with our current state, balance our body and mind and leave biased ideas behind. Anyone who would like to practice stability, is welcome to come by and activate your core. If you are new to yoga or experienced, you are welcome to join and find your balance.

In this grounding Hatha Yoga class we will get aware of our presence, direct our energy consciously and find stability through strength. We will experience strength as a practice of acceptance and gratefulness as we give ourselves room for growth. During postures we will practice to support us by being aware of our needs and breathing consciously. Whether you're new to Yoga or experienced, you're welcome to join and feel strength and stability.
