Sebastiaan Lefuce is a Berlin-based yoga facilitator with over 10 years of teaching experience. His work blends Vinyasa yoga with somatic awareness, breath, and intuitive movement, offering practices that are both grounded and spacious..

Sebastiaan’s teaching is breath-led and embodied, with a strong sensitivity to rhythm, nervous-system regulation, and the energetic tone of a group. He values clear structure while leaving space for listening, integration, and personal experience.

Alongside yoga, his background in music and embodied practices informs the way he holds space - attentive, responsive, and deeply present with the room. His classes emphasize continuity, community, and practices that translate beyond the mat into everyday life.

A dynamic yoga practice designed to build strength, improve mobility, activate the core, and support a healthy, resilient body.

Expect flowing sequences, playful transitions, balance work, and opportunities to strengthen the back, hips, shoulders, and overall stability of the body.

A practice that challenges, energises, and leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed for the week ahead.

Suitable for all levels, with options to adapt the intensity to your own practice.
