A NYC native, Roma has been living and teaching all over the world since 2017. Whether he’s hosting retreats in dreamy locations in Pacific Mexico, guiding university soccer teams as their Yoga & Mindfulness Coach in Atlantic Canada, or leading surfers through dynamic warm-up sequences before they hit the big waves in Portugal, Roma’s guiding principles are joy through movement, mental and emotional balance, community, and feeling better rolling up the mat than you did when you showed up to class.

Roma enjoys lovingly curated playlists, interesting/challenging transitions and flows, reminding his students not to take themselves too seriously, and writing about himself in the third person.

Close your laptop, put down your phone, and hit pause on whatever you got going on — it’s time to move. Functional mobility, grace, balance, power, presence, and fun. This is your noon-time fiery yoga practice designed to bring you back to your true form: grounded, energized, calm and confident… and maybe just a tad sweaty. Expect Roma’s signature playful & creative sequencing, breathwork, mindfulness, connecting with your fellow yogis, and a playlist that slaps. This class isn’t an escape from your day but an opportunity to build momentum for the rest of it… all the way into your weekend.

Roma instructs in English and supports all levels of practitioner. From beginner to advanced, this class is a fun opportunity to take your practice to the next level.

Your perfect weekend starts with this spicy, invigorating movement and breath series. Enjoy exploratory, delightfully surprising sequencing, nervous system-resetting breathwork, and many opportunities to learn and play with advanced poses — all to a curated playlist of tracks that elevate your mood and add joy to your practice.

Essential oils and sacred smoke will be a part of this weekend-welcoming experience. Instructor offers Thai massage-informed adjustments to refine alignment and enhance relaxation (to those that wish).

Let’s start the weekend shining bright!
