  • Roberta is a Berlin - based italian dancer, choreographer and teacher in the fields of contemporary dance and performance.
She approached Pilates as a tool for injury prevention and physical strength building and has been practicing Pilates non-stop ever since, alongside her dance training and body work. She has been teaching Pilates continuously since 2017, completing her teacher training at BASI® Pilates.

Her great interest for the moving body, its mechanics and its listening as a way to connect with herself and the world, transfers also in to her pilates classes. The focus is on the mind- body connection, aiming to strengthen the full body with particular emphasis on the powerhouse.

Roberta is passionate about helping individuals gain control and strength through conscious and intentional movement. Although she emphasizes the classical elements of Pilates, her background in other movement-related disciplines enriches her classes, integrating different approaches to improve fitness and overall well-being.

  • This Pilates class is designed to provide a complete workout experience that engages the whole body and promotes a strong mind-body connection, working on strength, balance and mobility. We will begin by focusing on breathing work and correct alignments, as well as connecting with our core muscles. We then move into both classic and contemporary Pilates sequences featuring power-based to help you get your muscles working. At the end of the class you will be energized and refreshed, feeling the benefits of a full body workout.

  • An energizing full-body workout that tones, sculpts, and lifts through the flow of breath and movement. Built on Pilates principles—breath, centering, flow, control, and coordination—this class moves through classic Pilates sequences featuring power-based movement, all within a dynamic, continuous flow that challenges and energizes the entire body.

Each session strengthens and refines, building core stability, balanced strength, and improved alignment. Though dynamic, the class begins and ends with calm, breath-focused moments—creating space to connect inward , prepare the body and return to stillness with grounded energy.
