  • Pau is a passionate Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga teacher with over eight years of experience exploring different disciplines and nearly three years dedicated to teaching. His yoga journey began with Hatha and Vinyasa, but his curiosity and dedication led him to Ashtanga Mysore, where he deepened his personal practice. In 2022, Pau embarked on a transformative journey to India, completing his first 200-hour TTC at AYM School in Rishikesh.

Yoga has had a profound impact on Pau’s life, igniting his desire to explore the practice beyond the mat and gain a deeper understanding of both body and mind. His classes are strong, creative, and dynamic, primarily inspired by Ashtanga but including elements from other styles like Hatha, Dharma or Prana Vashya, with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, concentration, and mindful movement. Expect a well-guided session that challenges and supports students in exploring their limits.

Beyond yoga, Pau is also a skilled massage therapist specializing in Thai massage, and he has recently begun working as an astrologer. He is deeply interested in sound healing, nutrition and all things related to self-care and well-being.
