  • Nina is a Berlin-based yoga teacher with a background in competitive sports and dance.

    Her teaching is rooted in Ashtanga and shaped by a love for strong, focused movement paired with deep rest. She creates classes that are both physically engaging and grounding - connecting breath, body and mind without pressure.

    Nina is especially interested in the balance between intensity and ease: building strength, then letting go.

    This morning class is designed to wake up the body and sharpen the mind through strong, breath-led sequences rooted in Ashtanga. Expect a focused and energising flow that builds heat, stability and presence - without rushing.

    We move with precision, connect to the breath and create space for both effort and ease. The practice finishes with a grounding reset, so you leave feeling awake, centred and ready for the day.
