  • I began my yoga journey in 2016 with my first 200-hour teacher training, a transformative experience that opened the door to a lifelong passion. In 2018, I traveled to New York to study with Sri Dharma Mittra and completed my 500-hour advanced training—an experience that deeply shaped my practice and teaching philosophy.

    Today, I teach Dharma Yoga, Core Power, and Flexibility, including my  classes “Sexy Splits & Bendy Back.” Both classes blend mobility, strength, and mindful technique, designed to help students deepen their range with confidence and awareness. During the pandemic, I spent nearly two years taking private flexibility training, which nurtured a profound love for mobility work and the art of expanding both physical and mental range.

    My classes focus on precision, playfulness, and inner awareness—helping students unlock new possibilities in their bodies while staying grounded in the traditional roots of yoga.

  • This energizing class focuses on building strength, stability, and endurance from the inside out. Expect a dynamic sequence of asanas designed to fire up your core, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness. We combine powerful movements with mindful breathing to create heat, increase focus, and boost energy levels.

    Be ready to sweat, move with intention, and leave feeling strong, centered, and empowered.

    Suitable for practitioners looking for a physically challenging practice.

  • This class follows the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra and offers a balanced practice for body and mind. You’ll move through a  strong sequence of asanas (postures) that build strength, flexibility, and focus, followed by pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm and center the mind. The class concludes with a short guided meditation, leaving you grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.

    Suitable for all levels.

  • Get ready to split it up! 

    This class is all about building the strength, mobility, and flexibility you need to slide into your splits — safely and confidently. 

    We’ll start with conditioning to wake up your muscles, move into mobility drills to open those hips and hamstrings, and finish with deep stretching to help you get closer to the floor (and maybe even all the way down!). 

    Whether you’re a total beginner or already almost there, this class will challenge your body, boost your flexibility, and keep you smiling through the burn. 

    Bring your ankle weights if you have and let’s get splitty and pretty
