Melissa is a vinyasa and yin teacher with broad experience across different somatic modalities. She has a background as an architect, and also works as a researcher, spatial practitioner, and movement artist — bringing these many parts of self to her teaching practice. Her offerings are grounded in anatomy, nervous system awareness, and trauma-sensitive principles; inviting presence, permission, accessibility, agency, and care.

Landing in the body and breath, we will move through a gentle yet energising vinyasa flow to begin the day with presence and spaciousness. The class offers a trauma-sensitive space to explore felt sensation and the moving body with agency and care. Variations and creative staging will be offered to support different bodies and experiences.
