I am Matías Letelier, a Chilean contemporary dancer and facilitator based in Berlin. I studied for five years at the Escuela de Música y Danza in Chile and have worked as a performer, teacher, and collaborator with various choreographers and companies. I also created my own project, Flujo Consciente, dedicated to exploring movement, awareness, and presence through contemporary dance.

In my teaching, I focus on floorwork, connection, somatic awareness, and the expressive potential of the body, inviting participants to find presence and joy through movement.

Conscious Movement is a contemporary dance class focused on awakening somatic connections and exploring the body’s relationship with gravity and flow. Through guided improvisations, floorwork sequences, and dynamic transitions, participants will develop awareness of energy, weight, rhythm and moving between release and control.

The class invites you to find joy in movement, presence in action, and trust in your body’s capacity to explore, fall, and rise again. It’s an open space for beginners and movers of all levels who want to reconnect with their physical and creative potential.
