Martina is a yoga and meditation teacher, and a massage & bodywork therapist for women* based in Berlin.

Designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Each session combines different practices and tecniques to ease tension, improve posture, and prepare your body and mind for birth. Suitable for all trimesters, this class offers a safe and empowering space to connect with yourself and your baby.
