Luca was a long time Dharma Yoga student and his very first regular yoga practice was under the guidance of Nico Streufert, co-founder of Dharma Studios Berlin.

At the beginning of 2018, he decided to deepen his knowledge with a Hatha and Ashtanga teacher training in India. Since then he has attended various trainings, explored different styles (in particular Katonah and Jivamutki yoga) and practised alongside Ambra Vallo, Jared McCann and Patrick Beach, among others.

This is a vinyasa class focusing on building strength and improving flexibility, from fast-paced to a slower rhythm. You will be guided with detailed instructions and different options along the way. The class is open to practitioners of all levels.
