Since 2016, Lee has been dedicated to continuous self-study, deepening her practice, and expanding her knowledge. The transformative events shaping Lee's teachings include her second TT in Rishikesh under the guidance of Vanamali Mataji and the Mysore program with Laruga Glaser & David Fredriksson.
While her primary focus remains on Ashtanga and Pranayama, she's also ventured into other movement arts, including Contortion and Handbalancing.
As a teacher, Lee places great emphasis on alignment and breath. In her classes, students learn about biomechanics and how to let their breath guide their movements, helping them delve deeper into the postures. Lee's aim is to empower her students, fostering independence in their practice.
Throughout her yoga journey, Lee has had the privilege of practicing with renowned teachers such as Matthew Vollmer, John Scott, David Robson & Jelena Vesic, Eddie Stern, Yuval Aylon, and Sainaa.

On Thursdays Lee teaches the Backbending class in Kreuzberg when Juliette is not in town. This class is taught in the lineage of Prana Vashya Yoga, as designed by Yogacharya Vinay Kumar.
Focus on Strength & Flexibility: creating awareness in the smaller, more subtle muscle groups related to the different segments of the spine. Understanding the importance of preparing the body with basic postures: to release tension and to create length in the anterior line (front side) of the body and to learn the proper selection of muscle groups responsible for mobility.
Improving the understanding in your body avoids that all the weight falls on the most flexible part of your lower back (L4/L5) which could cause injury. The awareness created by this practice increases your mobility, while still breathing properly and using less effort in order to accomplish advanced Asanas with ease. -
