  • Julcsi has been teaching group fitness for almost 20 years, beginning with choreography-based classes and gradually shifting her focus toward body & mind disciplines. About a year ago, she started teaching Pilates and has been incorporating it into her work ever since. Her approach is shaped by a wide range of movement experience, which she brings into her Pilates classes to encourage functional movement, body awareness, and control.
