Juan-Carlos Rosa-Casasola (he/his/Juancar) is a transdisciplinary visual artist based in Berlin and dedicated to exploring visibility, diversity and creating immersive experiences. His playful and dynamic workshops are focused on fostering creative explorations and genuine connections.

Discover yourself and connect with others in this dynamic, playful, and creative course! The goal is to foster self-awareness, build interpersonal connections, and release mental blocks. Each session combines Taichi/Qigong-inspired movements, experimental drawing exercises, and introspective group interactions. Shake your body, unleash your creativity and leave feeling energized, inspired, and more connected. All Levels Welcome. No prior knowledge of drawing or movement techniques is required - the focus is on personal discovery and shared experience, not technique.

What to bring:
– Comfortable clothes for gentle movement
– your own sketchbook - optional
– drawing materials (markers, crayons, or coloured pencils) - optional
– you don't need a yoga mat for this activity.
