Breathe, move and tone with intention in this 45 minute pilates class. Expect to slow down and feel those muscles shake as you are invited to a practice grounded in stability and alignment. Strong Pilates integrates classical pilates principles with breathwork to effectively strengthen your body for life beyond the pilates studio.

A class designed to strengthen and release body and mind. Expect a strong Pilates flow combined with active complimentary stretching, to aid muscle flexibility and joint mobility.
