Breathe, move and tone with intention in this 45 minute pilates class. Expect to slow down and feel those muscles shake as you are invited to a practice grounded in stability and alignment. Strong Pilates integrates classical pilates principles with breathwork to effectively strengthen your body for life beyond the pilates studio.

Your 45 minute Dynamic Pilates class will light up the mind-body connection, inviting clients to explore varied energy and intensity in their practice. The integration of body weight exercises and use of props will encourage just enough challenge to leave you feeling embodied, grounded, and strong.
