I am a Berlin-based actress and voice artist with a background in political science and gender studies. My work brings together physical theatre, body awareness, somatics, and voicework, rooted in an ongoing curiosity about the relationship between body, breath, voice, and emotion.
My interest in emotional embodiment grew out of a simple question: Who gets to take up space – and who learns to become smaller? I am fascinated by how the systems we live in shape our bodies: how we breathe, move, express ourselves, and which emotions we allow ourselves to feel.
For me, embodiment is a way of making these patterns visible and creating momentum for change. Through the connection of the physical and emotional, I explore how we can reconnect with ourselves, expand our ways of expression, and inhabit our bodies more fully.

Here, we make space for what we usually swallow down in everyday life – what we hold back from saying, smile through, bottle up or push aside.
Bring whatever you’re carrying with you – anger, fear, joy, shame, frustration, curiosity or numbness. Through somatic movement, breathwork, conscious screaming and meditation, we explore emotional expression through the body and discover the strength of our own voices.
This is an invitation to take up more space and show up unfiltered. A space to breathe, to be heard and to feel more at home in your own body. No previous experience is necessary. For FLINTA* and queer people especially, this is also an invitation to explore what it means to take up room in a world that doesn't always make space for us.
