Hanna has been practicing yoga since 2014 and completed her first teacher training in 2022. Though based in Berlin, she has practiced around the world and as such deeply integrated a sense of carrying home in her practice, regardless of outer circumstances.

Drawing from a diverse range of influences, such as Dharma, Ashtanga, acrobatics, and aerial circus disciplines, Hanna weaves these elements into a playful and light practice that encourages curiosity and openness both on and off the mat.

This class offers a supportive space where students are encouraged to explore their abilities and cultivate both strength and peace of mind through a playful challenge. Music, being integral to the flow of the practice, sets the tone for movement, creating a rhythm that is as invigorating as it is grounding.

With a focus on balance, strong, dynamic sequences are thoughtfully paired with gentle, restorative poses, allowing students to find both resilience and serenity on the mat.
