  • We are working with a community principle when it comes to the rent: a 70/30 split of net revenue (70% for the facilitator), with a minimum rent of €25/h +VAT (included in the 30% for the studio, so this is not ‘on top’).

    If you’d like to offer your event for the same price as our regular classes and use our USC, class cards & memberships, then the split will be 50/50 with a €25/h + VAT minimum rent.

    We can help you to promote the event via our website, newsletter and Instagram. You can hang a poster or put flyers in the studios. We will provide a link to our Google Drive to upload your content.

    You can choose to manage the bookings yourself or use our booking system Bsport (or use both channels). We can create a discounted ticket for participants who check-in via our USC account.

    One hour of the minimum rent will be invoiced in advance as a non-refundable deposit. More info under cancellation policy.

  • Alternatively we offer a fixed rent without revenue split of €50 + VAT /h without using our promotion, booking system, etc.

    For events with a high number of hours this price is negotiable.

  • One hour of minimum rent of €25 + VAT is invoiced upfront as a non-refundable deposit to reserve the dates for you and set-up the event in our systems (if applicable).

    Our cancellation policy is:

    • no charge of additional rent for cancellations until 4 weeks in advance.

    • 50% of the remaining minimum rent for cancellations until 2 weeks in advance (for events >1h)

    • Cancellation in the last 2 weeks before the event results in a 100% charge of the minimum rent.

    • It’s possible to change the date of the event once.

  • Find all our studio logos in this folder and pictures of the studios here to create your own content.

    We will reshare your Instagram stories. Sometimes unknown accounts land in spam, please contact us via email if we missed your stories.

    We can create a collaborator post to promote your event. Our feed is planned by our Social Media Manager, so usually we can’t accept collaborator posts in different designs.

    You can put your flyers in the studio and it’s possible to hang a poster, please discuss in advance.

    You are free to use the studio to shoot content to promote your event at Dharma’s. Please check with us in advance when the room is free.

  • We have a special login for guest teachers. Download the Dharma Studios app in advance. We’ll share the login details before your event.

    For some events it might be enough to receive a screenshot of the participant list from us.

  • In case of the revenue share model, please inform us after your event about the revenue you made, so we can calculate the total profit of the event for the split.

  • Calculation example: 2 hour event, with 70/30 split of revenue

    —> Total minimum rent for 2h = €50 + VAT
    —> One hour of this (€25 +VAT) is invoiced upfront as a non-refundable deposit

    —> If the event profit is €200 net, then it’s €140 for the facilitator and €60 for the studio. With the €60 for the studio the €50 minimum rent is reached, so that’s ok. €25 was paid upfront, so the remaining €35 we keep and €165 net is paid out to the facilitator (this is incase all income came in via our booking system. In case the facilitator would manage all payments, we would simply send an invoice for €35).

    —> If the event profit is €100 net, then a 70/30 split would mean €70 for the facilitator and €30 for the studio. Since the minimum rent is €50 (so with €30 it wasn’t reached) and €25 was paid to us in advance, we would keep another €25 and pay out €50 to the facilitator (or invoice €25).

    —> if the event is cancelled >4 weeks in advance, you only pay the €25 +VAT deposit
    —> if the event is cancelled 2-4 weeks in advance, you pay the €25 +VAT deposit and 50% of the remaining minimum rent, which is in this case €12,50 +VAT
    —> if the event is cancelled 0-2 weeks in advance you pay 100% of the minimum rent = €50 +VAT. €25 was already paid, the remaining €25 + VAT is due.
