Her journey has led her to India, where she continues to deepen her knowledge and practice. Believing in the limitless possibilities of the body, she guides students toward freedom and self-expression through mindful movement.

This specially designed class takes you on a journey toward greater mobility, fluidity, and ease. Each session focuses on different areas of the body—hips, hamstrings, spine, shoulders, or full-body integration—to progressively enhance flexibility and create a sense of spaciousness from within. Dynamic & Static Stretches blend fluid movement with deep holds, allowing the muscles to soften and release tension. Targeted Asanas help lengthen tight areas while building strength in supportive muscle groups. With mindful sequencing, we gradually dissolve stiffness, improve posture, and cultivate lightness in body and mind. Expect a balance of active engagement and passive surrender, leaving you feeling open, free, and deeply connected to your body. Suitable for all levels—come breathe, stretch, and expand!
