Camila is originally from Chile and discovered yoga at the early age of 15, beginning her journey with Hatha Yoga. At 20, she encountered Ashtanga Yoga while simultaneously teaching Hatha classes. Since then, she has dedicated herself to deepening her personal practice and teaching, exploring the profound connection between body, mind, and emotions.
Her studies in health and natural therapies gave her a holistic vision of the human being, integrating physical care with emotional and energetic balance. At 24, her teacher invited her to assist at an Ashtanga school, marking the beginning of her path as a teacher a journey she continues with passion to this day. Over the years, she has studied with different authorized Ashtanga Yoga teachers, enriching both her practice.
Camila has taught in Chile, Argentina, and Spain. A true lover of movement, she believes that the more we inhabit and feel our bodies, the more authentically we can inhabit our lives. For her, yoga is a tool of expression, empowerment, healing, and connection with the love.

This guided group class is perfect for those new to Ashtanga Yoga or anyone looking to reconnect with the foundations. We explore the first postures of the Primary Series (Yoga Chikitsa), known for its therapeutic benefits: strengthening the core, grounding the legs, opening the hips and shoulders, and lengthening the spine.
You will learn the essentials of the method, ujjayi breath, bandhas (energy locks), drishti (gaze) to cultivate focus, presence, and a deeper mind-body connection.
You don’t need any previous experience with the method to join.
