  • Fluentbody™ is a combination of movement and somatic exploration practice that helps people to be generous to their body and mind. We re-learn to trust our bodies and life with all its facets through the joy of movement. Within the session, we allow ourselves to embrace our vulnerability and intensity held by the presence of the group.

The class starts with a warm-up, followed by the middle part, where we raise our energy. At the end of the journey, we give our bodies the time and space to digest anything that surfaces. Through physical movement, we embrace the joy of simply being alive.

Fluentbody™ is an invitation to reconnect with our agency and surf the waves of life. The method was developed by Florencia Lamarca.

  • A gentle yet powerful invitation to release, restore, and rise.

In this one-hour class, we use stillness and expansion to soften into ourselves—making space for clarity, growth, and renewal.
What are you ready to let go of? What are you ready to create space for?

Yinergy Flow blends the deep surrender of Yin yoga with subtle energetic awakenings. We begin with light, energizing movement and breathwork to arrive fully in the body. As we move into the second part, long-held postures gently signal safety to the nervous system, allowing the body to unravel what it no longer needs. In this spaciousness, energy begins to move—within and beyond the mat.

Using the support of props, we create a safe and nurturing container for release, while gently exploring the edges of our comfort zone. Each posture is an open invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are, in your own unique expression.

Rooted in somatic therapy and traditional yoga, Anna’s classes offer a nourishing blend of grounded presence, intuitive movement, and joyful depth—guided by an eclectic, soul-nourishing playlist.

  • A slow, nourishing Yin practice that blends long-held postures with somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, deep release, and inner listening. These evening classes are designed to support unfolding after a weekday.

An invitation to pause, recharge, and come home to yourself, this practice offers space for deep listening—allowing you to process the day that has passed and gently set intentions for the one ahead.

Held at the threshold between days, the practice uses long-held postures to signal safety to the nervous system, supporting a shift into a state of rest and digestion. By releasing tension held in the muscles and connective tissue—often carried from past experiences—we create space and energy for new experiences, both on and off the mat.

With the support of props, we create a safe container for release while gently exploring the edges of our comfort zone. Each posture becomes an open invitation to meet your body just as it is, in its unique expression.
