Join me for a deep slow-morning practice of strong hatha vinyasa and raja yoga
This is an intense and open level practice, where we will explore from the foundational postures to deeper variations and transitions (vinyasa). Taking the time to hold on postures, invites us to understand all layers of practice, from the physical part (external alignment) to the mental and more subtle layers of one Self.
In traditional yoga “hatha" really means asana or physical posture, which is held in a comfortable way through a breath-based practice; making the mind still, aware and one-pointed. Through the awareness of the body, and also of the fundamental role of the breath, we will go through other parts of the practice that compliment a Wholesome Embodied practice:
☼ Pranayama or Breathwork, Savasana and Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Mantras and Silence: Raja Yoga.
This is an open level practice, and a slow-medium pace. Also a space for exchanging with each other and talk a bit at the end of class, with some tea as well :)
Join me for this vitalizing slow-morning practice.
